As we bring one Reunion to close, preparations for the next Reunion Weekend have hit the ground running. With an official date of May 4th-May 6th and the Brooklyn Marriott booked, we are still lacking one integral component, YOU, alumni.
The Alumni Association needs help recruiting alumni to attend the weekend and this process is heavily aided by the assistance of Class Chairs. A Class Chair is an alumnus/a who directly contacts individuals in their graduating class with the hopes of getting as many members as possible registered for the Reunion weekend.
The following Class Years will be represented at the 2018 Reunion Weekend: 1958, 1963, 1968, 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008, 2013.
If you would like to be a class chair or know of another individual who would serve as possible Class Chair, please email Kristian Balgobin at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, if you know of any alumnus/a who would make an exceptional candidate for an award or scientific session presentation, please provide their contact information and I will reach out accordingly.
If you agree to be a chair you will be provided will the following documents:
Confidentiality agreement – please sign and return via email, regular mail or fax
Draft letters – please review, make any changes, and send back to me via email, mail or fax
Class Lists – please let us know if you have more up-to-date contact information for fellow alumni
Journal advertising – For those interested in advertising with us. A $1,000 advertisement includes two tickets to the weekend.
Awards – let us know of classmates who are particularly accomplished. The best award nominations come from you!
