Diversity Committee Speaker Series: Thank You!

The Alumni Association Diversity Committee's 2020- 2021 Speaker Series concluded on May 26, 2021. Over the last few months we have been able to connect current students with alumni who were able to provide much needed wisdom and guidance. Each month alumni volunteered their time and gave students a glimpse into what their futures may look like.

The Alumni Association office would like to thank the board members who formed the Diversity Committee, College of Medicine student Latia Skerving, Runako Gulstone, Undergraduate Program Coordinator for the College of Medicine's Office of Diversity Education and Research and all of the alumni that so graciously shared their time and advice with current students.

We look forward to continuing the Speaker Series in the upcoming school year. If you would like to volunteer to speak on a panel or mentor a current student please email the office at alumni@downstate.edu!
