SUNY Central Organizes SUNY Pride March

SUNY Central asked us to share this with our alumni:

March with SUNY at NYC Pride

SUNY invites you to join fellow students, faculty, and staff to march in the New York City Pride Parade on Sunday, June 25th. All members of the SUNY community are welcome to attend and be a part of the largest pride celebration in the world.

The event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and registration is free. Specific details on exact parade day meeting time and location in Manhattan will be sent to all registered attendees prior to the event.

The day will be filled with excitement and pride as SUNY marches together through the streets of New York City in this one of a kind world renowned celebration. We encourage you to show your support for SUNY’s founding principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion as we walk in unity to celebrate the LGBTQ community and showcase the power of SUNY.

Registration is now open at http://www.suny.edu/pride-parade/ and must be completed by June 22.
